We use USPS, UPS or FEDex on all orders in the United States.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all US orders of $100 or more. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. 

For Metro Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 2 -4 Business Days after dispatch.

For Regional Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 Business Days after dispatch.

Please specify in the delivery instructions at the Checkout if you would like your parcel to require a signature. If you are not at home and your parcel requires a signature, the courier service will leave a instructions advising you on how to collect your parcel from your local post office. 

All full-priced items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel, or exchange.

To make a return or exchange, email us at jala@thebguide.com and we will email you a return label, simply send the package back to us within the timeframe above with a copy of your sales slip.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, your return items must meet the following conditions: 

• must be new and unworn 
• must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order
• must not be marked as a Final Sale item on our website (this is in the product description and applies to all styles which are reduced to $20 and under)  
• must not have make-up or tan marks 
• must not have a smell

Upon return we'll inspect items- any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. 

The cost of return shipping and a $5.00 restocking fee is at the customer's expense - we can not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage. 

We can not process returns until your item is received by us.
