Boutique Policy

We use USPS for all orders within the United States. FREE SHIPPING is available for all US orders of $100 or more and is automatically applied at checkout.

For Metro Areas, please expect your parcel to arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

For Regional Areas, please expect your parcel to arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

If you would like your parcel to require a signature, please specify this in the delivery instructions at checkout. If a signature is required and you are not home, the courier will leave instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local post office.

All full-priced items can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at jala@thebguide.com. We will provide a return label, and your package must be sent back within 7 days of delivery along with a copy of your sales slip.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be new and unworn.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items marked as Final Sale on our website (all items $20 and under) are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items must not have makeup, tan marks, or any odor.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you.

Important:

• Returns sent after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Late returns will only receive boutique credit for future purchases.

• Return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee are at the customer’s expense. We cannot refund or credit the cost of return postage.

• We cannot process returns until your item is received.
